We pride ourselves on using the highest quality, locally sourced Scottish produce. Our kitchen team, led by Head Chef Dougie Lyall, create mouthwatering recipes from the abundance of quality local meat, game, fruit, vegetables, cheese and of course, our speciality, seafood, all fresh from Scottish shores on a daily basis. Our menus are regularly updated to showcase the best seasonal products available from Scotland’s larder and include beef from the Scottish Borders and oysters from Loch Fyne.
Our signature dishes which have remained popular through the years include our wide selection of seafoods, our delicious traditional Scottish Cullen Skink soup, our Whighams fishcakes with homemade tartare sauce and herb salad and our mouthwatering blue shell Shetland mussels with sauce of the day.

We have a cold sharing platter menu available on a Sunday and Monday evenings. A tapas style menu on a Tuesday and a full A la Carte Wednesday – Saturday.
